Model Optimasi Fixturing Benda-kerja dengan Prinsip 3-2-1 Klem Tunggal
Abstract
Untuk memegang benda-kerja pada tempatnya, diperlukan penetap (fixture). Beberapa penelitian sebelumnya membahas keseimbangan gaya dan momen yang berbasis pada model kinematik penetap, teori ulir (screw theory), melibatkan gaya kontak serta kesalahan posisi. Permasalahan yang paling mendasar dalam desain penetap adalah menentukan koordinat lokator dan klem serta gaya klem, agar benda-kerja stabil selama proses pemesinan. Makalah ini membahas model optimasi untuk menentukan koordinat lokator dan klem serta gaya klem, dengan memperhatikan keseimbangan gaya dan momen. Secara spesifik, model optimasi yang dikembangkan untuk permasalahan penetapan (fixturing) benda-kerja dengan prinsip 3-2-1 menggunakan klem tunggal. Untuk menunjukkan operasionalisasi model, digunakan contoh numerik penetapan benda-kerja nyata yang diselesaikan menggunakan perangkat-lunak Exel/Solver.References
